(1) If the Government of Nepal decides to allow a non-governmental person to visit Nepal or abroad, the daily allowance and travel expenses and other expenses received by him shall be as mentioned in the decision of the Government of Nepal.
(2) For the purpose of sub-rule (1), when submitted for the decision of the Government of Nepal, the daily allowance and traveling expenses of such persons shall be ………. If it has to be given, it should also be clearly submitted that which level of employee will be given daily allowance and travel expenses.
(3) If there is no decision according to sub-rule (1), the same facilities as the officials or employees of the second level will be given.
